Our major criteria for real estate investment opportunities fit into two main categories:

• Student Housing- Real estate investment opportunities in student housing are extremely high growth opportunities. Particularly in LA, as it is one of the most desired locations for high schoolers wishing to go to college. Every year the number of students increases, thereby increasing the demand for housing.
• Locations Along the L.A. Metro- The LA metro development has been stalled by zoning reforms being delayed. This has scared away many investors. We see any property along the proposed metro line as extremely undervalued real estate investment opportunities. NYC real estate is the model we base this off of. Any changes to the lines have resulted in new affluent neighborhoods, and those developing in those areas were positively affected.
